Warranty

Lone Star Walkways guarantees to the original purchaser of TERREWALKS® the material integrity of the product for 25 years from the date of purchase. This includes no breaking, cracking, or spalling under normal use. Product that proves defective will be replaced without cost. Lone Star Walkways reserves the right to investigate any claims, and to test any TERREWALKS® units prior to replacement. This warranty is valid only if TERREWALKS® is installed and maintained under the guidelines of the TERREWALKS® Installation Manual. Lone Star Walkway’s obligation is limited to the supplying of new product at no charge. Lone Star Walkways will not be responsible for replacement labor. Color matching cannot be guaranteed. Proof of purchase is required. No person is authorized to alter this warranty orally. This agreement is for the benefit solely of the original owner of the installation on which TERREWALKS® are installed. The above warranty represents Lone Star Walkway’s entire warranty and is independent of any other warranty made by any other individual, firm, or entity.
